Welcome to Bruv Health (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our telehealth services (“Services”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully. We may update these terms at any time. Updated versions will take effect upon posting on our website. 

By using our Services, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement or contract under Australian law
• Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable Australian laws

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Services. 

• Bruv Health provides telehealth consultations focused on general men’s health, sexual and reproductive health, for all sexual orientations and gender identities. 
• Consultations are based on information you provide and the limitations of telehealth.
• Bruv Health clinicians may recommend in-person care if deemed necessary. Telehealth may not be suitable for all conditions. 
• If you are experiencing chest pain, severe symptoms, or require urgent medical assistance, call 000 or attend your nearest emergency department immediately.
• For mental health crisis support contact Lifeline Australia on 13 11 14. 
• For sexual health walk-in services, contact your local Sexual Health Clinic. 

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal and health information.
• Notify your clinician of any changes in your health, medications, or relevant circumstances.
• Follow your clinician’s instructions and guidance.
• Understand that treatment outcomes may vary.
• Pathology fees are set by external providers and may vary. 

• Payment in Australian dollars (AUD) is required at the time of consultation.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. 
• By making a payment, you agree to the prices and terms provided at the time of the transaction. 
• Cancellations can be made at any time before your appointment. No-shows may incur the full fee of the consult. 
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments for operational or clinical reasons. We will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs. You can reschedule your appointment at any time. 
• Medicare rebates are determined solely by Medicare's eligibility rules and are not guaranteed.

• While we strive to achieve a high standard of service, we understand you may not be satisfied. If you are not satisfied with a consultation or service provided, we encourage you to contact us at contact@bruvhealth.com.au within 14 days of service. Refunds may be issued at our discretion, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, depending on the specific circumstances of your case. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

By using our Services, you acknowledge and consent to:

• Receiving care via telehealth, which may include video, audio, and written communication;
• The limitations of telehealth, including reduced ability to perform physical examinations that can be performed with a face-to-face consultation and potential technology failures and delays;
• Using secure platforms that comply with Australian privacy and telehealth regulations; 
• Ensuring a safe and private environment during consultations;
• Understanding that telehealth may not be as comprehensive as face-to-face care, and clinicians may recommend in-person care when necessary. 

Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal and health information. Key points include:

• Collection of personal and sensitive health information for providing care;
• Secure storage and restricted access to your information;
• Your rights to access and correct your information under the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs);
• Use of your data only for treatment, billing, compliance, or as otherwise permitted by law. We do not use your information for marketing without your consent. 

All content, materials, logos, and information on this website are owned by Bruv Health. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use content for commercial purposes without our written permission. 

• Information on our website and provided during consultations is for general educational purposes only and does not replace professional medical advice.
• We do not guarantee treatment outcomes. Information is general in nature and may not reflect the most recent clinical guidelines.
