Bruv Health provides telehealth services to men aged 18 and over, anywhere in Australia.
We welcome men of all sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions.
You must be physically located in Australia at the time of your consultation.
Consultations are conducted via secure video or phone.
After booking, you’ll receive a link and instructions prior to your appointment. At the scheduled time, simply join the consultation from a private space.
Telehealth is suitable for many sexual and reproductive health concerns. If an in-person examination is required, we’ll guide you on the appropriate next steps.
Yes.
All consultations, records and communications are confidential and comply with Australian privacy laws and the Australian Privacy Principles (APP).
Your information is never shared without your consent, unless required by law.
If clinically appropriate, prescriptions and pathology forms are sent electronically to your phone or email.
Pathology testing can usually be completed at most collection centres across Australia. While many tests are bulk-billed, billing policies vary between providers, so we recommend checking with your chosen pathology service.
Bruv Health is a private billing service. Consultation fees are listed clearly on our website and are payable at the time of your appointment.
Due to Medicare's current eligibility rules, rebates are generally not available for telehealth consultations unless you meet specific exemption criteria. Any rebate is determined solely by Medicare's rules.
There are no subscriptions, lock-in contracts, or hidden fees.
Appointments are typically available the same day or within 1-2 days.
Limited after-hours appointments are available. If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll advise on next steps.
Bruv Health is not an emergency service. If you require urgent or emergency care, please attend your nearest emergency department or call 000.
Yes — for many men's health concerns that are safe and appropriate for telehealth.
Bruv Health is designed to complement, not replace, comprehensive in-person general practice care. If your condition requires physical examination, complex management, or broader GP support, we’ll guide you toward appropriate in-person services.
No.
While prescriptions may be provided when clinically appropriate or requested, Bruv Health is built around proper medical assessment and conversation.
Most concerns benefit from discussion, context, and explanation — not just a script (unless these are regular prescribed medications).
Our goal is to ensure you understand your health and your options, not to rush you through a transaction.
That’s completely normal.
Many men delay seeking care because some topics can feel uncomfortable. Our consultations are calm, respectful, and non-judgmental.
You won’t shock us. You won’t be dismissed. You will be listened to.
No, you don’t need a regular GP to book with us.
However, we encourage all patients to maintain an ongoing relationship with a local GP for comprehensive, in-person care. Bruv Health is designed to complement that care.
If needed, we can provide summaries for your regular GP with your consent.
Yes.
Bruv Health is available to men anywhere in Australia. Many health concerns can be safely assessed and managed via telehealth, with pathology available through national collection centres.
If something requires in-person assessment, we’ll help guide you on appropriate next steps locally.
